I purchased this as a gift. The recipient enjoyed the game and was pleased to connect with a number of people online to simulate the race.

I really don’t get all the whining, I have played NASCAR 05, then 08 and now 09…I even liked 08, want to know why? BECAUSE IT WAS TOUGH TO DRIVE/CONTROL THE CARS! I sitll think that if you CAN drive in NASAR 08, you drive any other racing game (I own various Need For Speed and Burnout Paradise, and have played Gran Turismo…) That’s what makes it fun, that’s how you know if you really can play this stuff! My only complains are:
1) Not enough paint schemes
2) Some missing tracks (I would had love some fantasy road courses!)
3) No intro, or other voices like Darrel Waltrip (bugity!!!)
Other than that, the games is REALLY fun, the graphics are better, I even like the sounds more…OVERALL 5 STARS!

wow let me tell you i love this game best nascar game from EA period the cars handle good the victory burnouts are amazing i mean they completely started from scratch on this game.but theres a couple of flaws no 2 player split screen and you cant bump draft only slingshot.but still is best nascar game from EA!!!after playing online i found u can bump draft with human players not the AI.

The fun will never stop, this is a good game, compared to last year, thats why i give it a 5. There is Drafting in the game dont listen to STUPE up there, he dont know how to play. they acually get you into the truck series and the nationwide series mode before internationals, it is awsome.. I see all the tracks are here except for the no point tracks thats 2 tracks, i forget what they were japan and mexico i think. SO WHAT!!!! The graphics coulda been nicer, and the sound is off key, it sounds like my tracktor when i go out to mow the lawn, but hey, they have to start somewhere considering last years was a big let down…
